five for function

drool. this combo never gets old.

School can take a lot out of a girl, can't it? I, maybe more than most people, need "comfort zone" items in order to function properly. My top five are:

1. 8 Hours of Sleep
2. Breakfast = 2 Pieces of Toast + Almond Butter + Jam
3. "Me" Time (including workouts)
4. Chapstick
5. Waterrr!

  2. 1.warmth--whether it's a nice big sweatshirt, laying under a soft blanket or my space heater at work :)
    2. mentha lip shine from bath and body works
    3.hugs--physical touch. can't live a day without it.
    4.sweets. have to have my chocolate fix!
    5.email. i check it RELIGIOUSLY!

  8. Oh my gosh, that brekky looks perfect!!! I haven't had mine yet, so I am now fully in the breakfast mood!

    My list would be:

    1. A wakeup kiss from my husbo.
    2. COFFEE!!!! (but not for the caffeine, just for the pure yummy sweetness of it with the right amount of milk and sugar)
    3. Blogging!
    4. Something sweet (chocolate, cake, whatever!)
    5. Water (i agree with you on this!)
